Job Description

IT Support Desk Analyst serving as the first point of contact for IT support. Looking for dependability and customer-focus with a desire to grow in IT.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support across the organization
  • Handle basic ticket management and troubleshooting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with end users of all technical levels
  • Motivate to grow a career in IT
  • Work part-time approximately 40-45 hours per month

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in an IT support or customer service role
  • Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow documented procedures accurately and consistently
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts such as Wi-Fi, encryption, MFA
  • Experience with any ticketing or help desk system is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
