Job Description
Experienced IT Technician handling installation and troubleshooting of software/hardware solutions for customers. Remote position supporting customer systems and managing internal resources in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot Pluss Software LLC’s software solutions
- Setup and deploy hardware solutions to customers
- Remote management, maintenance, and updates of deployed hardware and software solutions.
- Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot customer printing configurations
- Troubleshoot common network solutions.
- Setup and service payment processing solutions.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with modern Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10+, Windows Server 2016+)
- Experience as an IT Technician or related work experience
- Experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC computer hardware
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Good working knowledge of modern networking, TCP/IP communication, routing and internet communications.
- Additional desired Qualifications
- Experience with payment processing hardware and software
- Experience with Point-of-Sale systems
- Experiencing servicing and supporting business software installations
- Experience with modern cloud computing services (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS)
- Experience with help-desk software solutions and VOIP systems
- AA Computer Science or Equivalent
