Job Description

Experienced IT Technician handling installation and troubleshooting of software/hardware solutions for customers. Remote position supporting customer systems and managing internal resources in the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and troubleshoot Pluss Software LLC’s software solutions
  • Setup and deploy hardware solutions to customers
  • Remote management, maintenance, and updates of deployed hardware and software solutions.
  • Setup, maintain, and troubleshoot customer printing configurations
  • Troubleshoot common network solutions.
  • Setup and service payment processing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with modern Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10+, Windows Server 2016+)
  • Experience as an IT Technician or related work experience
  • Experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC computer hardware
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Good working knowledge of modern networking, TCP/IP communication, routing and internet communications.
  • Additional desired Qualifications
  • Experience with payment processing hardware and software
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale systems
  • Experiencing servicing and supporting business software installations
  • Experience with modern cloud computing services (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS)
  • Experience with help-desk software solutions and VOIP systems
  • AA Computer Science or Equivalent
