Job Description
IT Project Manager leading and delivering high-impact cybersecurity initiatives for KBI Biopharma, Inc. Combining project management discipline with Agile delivery leadership in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives such as risk remediation and compliance initiatives
- Manage ServiceNow projects, including platform implementations and process optimization
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Ensure cybersecurity projects adhere to regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or hybrid delivery roles
- Demonstrated experience managing cybersecurity and IT platform projects
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and processes
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects or platform enhancements
- Familiarity with ITSM, SecOps, GRC, or enterprise service management platforms
- Proficiency with Agile and project tools (Jira, Confluence)
