Job Description
Technical Project Manager overseeing complex technical projects in custom website development and AI development methodologies. Leading project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project management for complex technical initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition and resource allocation
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines, tracking actuals against estimates
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily standups
- Create comprehensive technical requirements documents
- Write detailed functional requirements documents and maintain living documentation
- Champion AI-assisted development methodologies and guide development teams
- Manage custom website development projects from discovery through launch
- Lead complex integration projects connecting CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies and ensure projects meet security standards
- Serve as primary point of contact for technical project communication
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management
- Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, APIs, and modern web technologies
- Deep expertise in AI-assisted development including experience with Replit, GitHub Copilot, or similar
- Proven ability to write comprehensive technical and functional requirements documentation
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical AI implementation constraints
- Experience managing custom website development projects across various CMS platforms
- Expertise with CRM platforms including custom integrations and API development
- Proficiency with project management methodologies including Agile and Scrum
- Advanced skills in technical documentation and project management tools
