Job Description
IT Technical Support Representative providing advanced support for computer systems and cloud environments. Collaborating with an international IT team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for computer systems, servers, and cloud-based environments.
- Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 (user management, permissions, security configurations).
- Support and manage Microsoft Azure environments.
- Handle system-level troubleshooting, including permissions and access control management.
- Manage tickets through Autotask and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and maintain systems using Datto RMM and Datto Backups.
- Maintain structured documentation within ITGlue.
- Troubleshoot escalated issues efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and technical explanations in fluent English.
- Follow established processes and documentation while adapting to ongoing training.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Technical Support or Systems Administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and Autotask
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, user management, permissions, and server environments
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities independently
- Professional communication skills and client-facing experience
- Advanced English (verbal and written).
