Job Description
Italian-speaking Fitbit support specialist assisting wearable-device users for Mercier Consultancy Group. Providing technical troubleshooting, health-feature guidance, CRM documentation, and product feedback for the Italian market.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert, high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers regarding Fitbit wearable devices and applications.
- Resolve complex inquiries related to health data, activity tracking, and device synchronization.
- Deliver personalized troubleshooting solutions to ensure optimal user experience and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Educate users on advanced health monitoring features of Fitbit products.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with international teams to identify hardware or software issue trends and provide product feedback.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm during customer engagements.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven interest or passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and health-conscious technology.
- Valid EU passport is mandatory for legal employment.
- Exceptional communication skills focused on empathy, patience, and customer success.
- Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly preferred for jobs in Bulgaria.
