Job Description
Sample management staff handling testing specimens for Eurofins’ scientific laboratories in Vietnam. Coordinating receipt, eLims records, storage, and laboratory transfers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end sample lifecycle, including receiving, processing, sorting, storing, and distributing testing samples to relevant laboratories
- Receive, manage, and sort incoming samples
- Update and manage sample information in the eLims system
- Inspect and transfer samples to the appropriate testing team
- Organize, store, and preserve samples according to company regulations and client requirements
- Liaise with Customer Service regarding sample status, Test Request Forms, sample receipt, and client inquiries or complaints
- Comply with company regulations on document and sample management
- Follow safety, 5S, and sample preservation guidelines
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or 6-month experience in a testing/laboratory environment is an advantage
- Graduated from College or University
- Basic level; capable of reading and understanding English documents
- Quick learner, meticulous, accurate, and highly responsible for sample management
- Strong capability in logical sample arrangement and scientific storage
- Proficient in using Excel or tracking logs for sample management
- Able to work independently and under pressure; enthusiastic and reliable
