Job Description
Junior Content Manager responsible for developing medical in-app content for women's health application. Engaging in agile project management and evidence-based research in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analysis of medical guidelines and scientific publications to support structured topic planning
- Planning and implementation of scientifically grounded learning content and exercises for the app
- Scientific review of scripts for video, audio and text
- Support with linguistic and subject-matter copyediting
- Remote attendance at video shoots to ensure content quality
- Support in agile project management
Requirements:
- Completed degree in medicine, psychology, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Strong skills in evidence-based research and confident handling of scientific sources
- Structured, self-directed working style
- Excellent German language skills (native-level proficiency)
- Ideally, initial experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Jira)
- High degree of empathy, attention to detail and reliability
