Job Description
Support Front Office teams by addressing client inquiries related to energy management and assist in technical resolutions. Conduct analyses for cross-selling opportunities while ensuring effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Support Front Office teams with client requests: respond to emails and messages with simple analyses and guidance;
- Assist Front Office teams with analyses and resolution of technical questions: contracting, demand adjustment, tariff modality, cost projection, invoice validation (supply/distribution), tariff adjustment, etc.;
- Act as the point of contact with the distribution company for non-migration-related requests;
- Prepare cross-selling analyses for clients, identifying potential products to offer;
- Assist the Front Office in (virtual) client meetings, providing necessary technical and operational support;
- Serve as the central contact for supplying client information in Clarke's platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Accounting, or Economics;
- 1 year or more of experience in the electric power sector;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Customer service experience;
- Experience in the Free Energy Market (Mercado Livre de Energia);
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Knowledge of energy invoices/billing;
- Familiarity with wholesale consumer procedures;
