Job Description
Functional Analyst focusing on business analysis in agile environments. Collaborating with teams, refining requirements, and supporting delivery planning.
Responsibilities:
- Analisar e entender requisitos de negócio;
- Refinar e documentar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais;
- Definir critérios de aceite;
- Apoiar na priorização do backlog e no planejamento de entregas;
- Atuar de forma colaborativa com o time e com o cliente;
- Participar dos rituais dos Squads Ágeis.
Requirements:
- Experiência com Análise de Negócios e Análise de Requisitos;
- Vivência em ambientes ágeis (Scrum e Kanban);
- Conhecimento em processos ágeis de desenvolvimento;
- Experiência com Jira Software e Confluence;
- Familiaridade com Figma;
- Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalho em equipe.
