Job Description
Junior Media Specialist curating imagery and production-ready logos for Luxury Presence’s AI growth platform for real estate. Preparing compliant, organized asset packages for client websites.
Responsibilities:
- Own the visual assets required for client websites, from market and brand research to cohesive imagery and production-ready logos
- Ensure assets are accurate, compliant, organized, and ready for use by the Website Builder and Data Specialist without additional handoffs
- Gather relevant information from clients’ brokerage and social media profiles to curate image folders
- Follow image best practices and company standards when curating folders
- Source stock imagery according to company SOPs
- Update the internal image library and collections, assigning appropriate labels when necessary
- Find the correct client and brokerage logos
- Confirm logos meet documented brokerage and compliance requirements
- Prepare web-ready light, dark, transparent, favicon, and required-size logo variants
- Create standard client/brokerage lockups when needed
- Deliver imagery and logos together as one complete asset package
- Escalate unclear compliance requirements or complex logo reconstruction
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with a background in graphic design, fine arts, or web design are strongly encouraged to apply
- Impeccable eye for design and strong knowledge of imagery best practices
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Resourcefulness and updated knowledge of imagery best practices and SOPs
- Understanding of main US markets and interior/exterior design styles
- Must be a current resident of the Philippines
- Willing to work graveyard hours, 5 days a week, 9 hours a day, with a one-hour meal break
- Own a laptop or desktop
- Have a valid government ID
- Have an existing bank account or be willing to open one if hired
- Have a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a backup connection
- Live in an area with a stable power supply that is not interrupted by constant power outages
