Job Description
Product Analyst collaborating with PMs to capture customer initiatives. Supporting backlog management and team organization in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to capture initiatives originating from customers;
- Consolidate business initiatives and translate them into user stories to guide the development team;
- Assist in managing and prioritizing the product backlog;
- Support the team daily in organizing activities, meeting sprint delivery commitments, and removing blockers related to role definitions.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Experience or interest in working as a Product Owner or in Product roles;
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements;
- Clear, collaborative communication for working in cross-functional teams;
- Organized, with the ability to track tasks and deliverables;
- Interest in continuous learning and professional development in Product.
