Job Description
Analista de Relacionamento atendendo cooperados da Unicred, cooperativa financeira brasileira. Prestando suporte digital e telefônico, resolvendo dúvidas e identificando oportunidades de melhoria e negócios.
Responsibilities:
- Provide digital and telephone support to Unicred members, understanding their needs and resolving them with speed and efficiency
- Comply with the security standards, policies, and procedures of the Unicred System
- Assist members through technical support, answering questions and providing appropriate solutions
- Guide members on the features and functionality of applications
- Handle complaints with empathy, striving to ensure member retention and loyalty
- Communicate the Cooperative’s values and present the benefits and features of its products and services
- Report improvement opportunities and document operational issues, bugs, comments, and suggestions
- Communicate new business opportunities to the Relationship Managers of affiliated cooperatives
- Support team leaders with administrative activities within the department
Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing higher education
- Curiosity and initiative in seeking knowledge
- Dynamic and proactive approach to work
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and shifting priorities
- Active listening and empathy to understand members’ needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Appreciation for teamwork, sharing skills and experience with the team
