Job Description
Join our customer service team in Turkey for a renowned home appliance manufacturer. Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with 100% remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Bearbeitung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Kundenanfragen
- Unterstützung der Kunden beim Anschluss von Elektrogeräten
- Aktives Zurückrufen der Kunden
Requirements:
- Mit Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift (mind. C1)
- Kommunikationsstärke mit hoher Empathie
- Spaß an serviceorientierten Inbound Projekten
- Weitere Sprachen wären ein Plus, aber keine Bedingung (englisch, französisch, italienisch oder spanisch)
