Job Description
Law student supporting data protection, contracts, and legal research at Oviva. Contributing to compliance for the company’s AI-powered chronic care platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support the legal department in various legal areas
- Support all data protection matters
- Draft and review contracts
- Conduct legal research and assess issues in data protection law
- Conduct research in general civil law, medical law (especially DiGAV), competition law, and social security law
- Perform paralegal and administrative tasks, including obtaining contracting-party signatures and maintaining documents
- Support the legal team across the entire group in a bilingual setting
- Provide practical compliance solutions that can be implemented
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English
- Legal knowledge
- Basic knowledge of data protection law
- Advanced knowledge of data protection law (desirable)
- Knowledge of medical law (desirable)
- Current eligibility to work in Germany is asked on the application form
