Job Description

Process-focused role ensuring trade-in quotes compliance and integrating with IT systems for GE HealthCare. Collaborates closely with sales and asset recovery teams.

Responsibilities:

  • This process‑focused role partners closely with the commercial sales and asset recovery teams to ensure trade‑in quotes are accurately aligned with customer opportunities and executed in full compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Collaborates with IT teams to address tool enhancements and defects, ensuring systems integrate effectively to support the trade‑in quoting and recovery processes
  • Supports the internal Ultrasound and Imaging sales team, confirming trade-in values for GEHC and Non-GEHC medical equipment, and resolving trade-in value discrepancies
  • Provides quoting support for sales opportunities involving trade‑in assets
  • Responds to trade‑in valuation escalations, ensuring all compliance requirements are followed and escalating requests appropriately
  • Resolves system type discrepancies by reviewing assets in the trade‑in tool’s “quarantine” bucket to ensure accurate system valuation

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with minimum of 4 years experience in operational support in a relevant field e.g., sales, supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, or project management
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
