Job Description
Lead Implementation Project Manager driving enterprise-level deployments of MIM clinical software across healthcare environments for GE Healthcare. Overseeing multi-site implementations, planning, configuration, integration, and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-scale, multi-site implementations and executive reporting
- Coordinate across Digital, Imaging/Modality, Clinical Applications, Services, and Customer IT
- Install, configure, validate, and support MIM deployments and integrations
- Manage multiple projects, scope, risks, timelines, and customer expectations
- Partner with clinicians and IT to align workflows to clinical use cases
- Mentor project managers and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in software/digital implementation project management
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with enterprise software deployment and healthcare interoperability
- Knowledge of networks, servers, and security fundamentals
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills
