Job Description
Senior Technical Project Manager driving high-powered customer delivery processes in the clean energy sector. Leading teams and managing projects for utility customers while ensuring success through collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of up to two Technical Project Managers
- Drive internal teams to onboard customers on schedule
- Manage stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are scoped and delivered on time
- Communicate with internal and external executives regarding project status
- Own customer communications to ensure expectations are managed
- Contribute to improvements in operational processes and best practices
Requirements:
- 7+ years of software product/ project/ client management experience
- Experience working on large, complex technology integration projects
- Strong project manager with experience in a fast-paced, tech environment
- Ability to work across time zones and with offshore teams
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred
