Job Description
Lead Front-End Engineer for digital agency focusing on UI strategy and development with hands-on coding. Specializing in React, Next.js, and TypeScript within high-scale web products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of high-fidelity UI, including animations and business logic using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Architect and integrate headless CMS solutions, ensuring seamless content delivery and authoring experience
- Build and maintain scalable Design Systems following Atomic Design principles using Storybook
- Mentor and guide front-end engineers, ensuring code quality, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+), and performance standards
- Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams to ensure feasibility and pixel-perfect execution
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern styling frameworks (Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules)
- Strong experience with headless CMS, particularly Sanity.io (including GROQ/GraphQL) and migrations from platforms like WordPress or AEM
- Solid understanding of state management solutions (Zustand, Redux, or XState) and front-end testing frameworks
- Proven experience leading distributed teams within Agile/SCRUM environments
