Job Description
Lead Pharmacy Technician responsible for validating the Patient First platform functionality. Ensuring high-quality patient care and operational readiness in a remote pharmacy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end pharmacy technician duties for live patients using the Patient First platform
- Lead validation of platform functionality under real-world production conditions
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for workflows, systems, and UAT processes
- Identify defects, inefficiencies, and usability issues while maintaining patient safety
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to product, IT, and operations teams
- Support Pharmacy Supervisors and Managers in driving department efficiency and consistency
- Serve as a lead resource and mentor for pharmacy technicians participating in UAT
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA)
- Active Pharmacy Technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy
- Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a live pharmacy environment
- Proven experience in departmental workflows and pharmacy operations
- Prior experience with ExactCare workflows and systems preferred
- Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or acting as a lead technician preferred
