Job Description
Lead Product Analyst driving digital transformation at Sarah Cannon Research Institute. Collaborating with teams to execute AI-driven initiatives and improve patient outcomes in cancer care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of high-impact digital and AI enabled transformation opportunities across the product lifecycle
- Facilitate senior management-level workshops to define strategic product roadmaps and champion enterprise-wide adoption of digital solutions
- Serve as the central resource for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of design, process, quality, and marketing as products move through all lifecycle stages
- Oversee modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of products or product lines, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
- Partner with business and IT teams to gather, document, and prioritize requirements, while owning end-to-end problem discovery through pilot delivery for assigned initiatives
- Guide change management, documentation, and user enablement to ensure sustainable transformation and value realization
- Mentor and develop Product Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years in product or business analysis, with significant leadership experience in digital transformation environments
- Demonstrated success leading healthcare or life sciences product initiatives at scale
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships, drive technology adoption, and identify high-value AI opportunities
- Strong track record of reporting progress and outcomes to senior management
- Education and experience equivalent to working on projects requiring specialized knowledge and consultative direction
