Job Description
Lead Test Engineer owning automation strategies and frameworks for a global organization in testing and innovation. Requires extensive experience with modern automation stacks and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Own the test automation strategy for ST/SIT
- Lead the automation framework
- Apply AI in testing
- Integrate automation into CI/CD
- Guide and mentor the team
Requirements:
- 8–12 years in testing
- 5+ years in automation
- Lead automation initiatives
- Strong skills in modern automation stack
- Basic scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with AI-assisted testing
- Good CI/CD and tooling knowledge
- Solid communication and leadership skills
