Job Description
Lead UX Designer creating and improving digital experiences for clients like Google and Apple. Collaborating with teams to deliver thoughtful UX across projects in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX direction across client engagements
- Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams
- Translate ambiguous business goals into clear user journeys
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and teams
- Develop UX patterns and design foundations that improve consistency
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products and leading UX work across complex web and/or mobile experiences.
- Ability to thrive in busy environments while maintaining structure and clarity.
- Strong collaboration skills across disciplines with clients and teams.
- Proven track record of delivering polished UX that improves usability, engagement, or conversion.
