Job Description

Designing and developing user experiences for digital products at iHorizons. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for exceptional user interface and functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design and development of the overall functionality of digital products to ensure exceptional user experience
  • Translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes.
  • Design and develop UX interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.
  • Research, understand, and utilize ongoing mobile applications’/website analytics.
  • Create customer experience journeys for product/project features, web pages, product interstitials, notifications, etc.
  • Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to create artwork for the platform that satisfies requirements and strategic messaging.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, software engineers, product managers, and business owners through all product development phases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • Scrum Master
  • Google UX Design Professional
  • 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, information designer, interaction designer, and graphic designer
  • Proficiency with several graphics’ tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficient with at least one of these design programs such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent
  • Proficiency with wireframe and prototyping tools (Axure is the current tool of choice)
  • Experience applying WCAG standards to design concepts.
  • Proficient with qualitative and quantitative user testing methodologies, such as user research, usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), A/B testing, and analysis
