Job Description
Senior Product Designer at Social Discovery Group working on UI/UX for B2C products worldwide. Focus on user research, design documentation, and visual design to improve user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders and create detailed technical documentation for the IT department
- Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives and produce written reports summarizing data analysis
- Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes and gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process
- Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources
- Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience
- UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma
- Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products
- Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions
- Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation
- Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative
- Expertise in conducting User Research Methods such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests
- Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence
- Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
- Sharing common values: trust, challenge, ownership of ideas, and enthusiasm for constant change
