Job Description

Learning and Development Analyst creating and promoting impactful training programs for leadership at Asaas. Focused on innovative learning solutions and leadership development.

Responsibilities:

  • Structure, manage, and evaluate development and learning programs
  • Create and implement initiatives focused on competencies, strategy, innovation, and future skills development for leaders
  • Work autonomously using historical data, diagnostics, and insights, contributing to the design of new programs and development approaches
  • Integrate and connect leadership initiatives with the broader learning ecosystem and the Performance and Career areas
  • Conduct needs diagnostics and analyze L&D and organizational performance data and indicators

Requirements:

  • Experience in Learning & Development, with hands-on involvement in designing, implementing, and monitoring learning programs
  • Experience developing initiatives and managing leadership training and development programs
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence models for analysis and reporting, material design, and content production
  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management System / Learning Platform)
  • Knowledge of authoring tools for content creation
  • Experience in instructional design and innovative learning methodologies
  • Analytical capability to transform diagnostics, data, and historical records into development actions and programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management with leaders, with the ability to facilitate trainings, alignments, and workshops
  • Proficiency with tools that support analysis, organization, and presentation of information
  • Experience in technology companies with a focus on innovation and growth (plus)
  • Work with future learning trends, emerging methodologies, and applied AI (plus)
