Job Description

WBS TRAINING employee supporting competency development in security education role through home office instruction and learning facilitation methods. Preparing learning materials and conducting assessments to enhance student skills.

Responsibilities:

  • As an employee of WBS TRAINING, you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight
  • In your role as an instructor, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants
  • In your lesson design you act both as a content provider and as a support in the role of a learning facilitator (Learning 4.0)
  • Deliver subject-specific instruction from the home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D ®
  • Apply a variety of teaching methods to design lessons
  • Prepare and design curriculum-related teaching materials
  • Conduct assessments to measure participants' competency gains

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training and/or a degree in the security sector
  • Qualification as a Specialist for Protection and Security (minimum requirement)
  • IHK certification (Sachkundeprüfung) according to §34a GewO
  • Professional experience in the security industry
  • Experience as a trainer, lecturer, or teacher is an advantage
  • Proof of pedagogical qualification (e.g., trainer certification according to AEVO)
  • Methodical and didactic skills in conveying instructional content
  • Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
