Job Description

Legal Counsel handling international contracts and agreements for a telecommunications company. Requires expertise in contract law and negotiation skills in both German and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international contracts and offers (German & English)
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and legal requirements
  • Communicating and negotiating with international suppliers and customers
  • Soliciting and evaluating quotations and taking responsibility for purchasing
  • Developing and optimizing procurement and contracting processes
  • Monitoring existing contracts, including deadlines and milestones
  • Conducting risk analyses and identifying potential cost savings
  • Performing legal research
  • Supporting the defense or enforcement of claims (receivables)
  • Collaborating with international partners, particularly in the Asian region
  • Providing legal support on contract law and general terms and conditions (T&Cs)

Requirements:

  • Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • Experience in international contracting, procurement or logistics
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Analytical thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Knowledge of general terms and conditions law (T&Cs) or contract law
  • At least 3 years' professional experience in a relevant field
