Job Description
Advogado Trabalhista convertendo leads qualificados em clientes através de reuniões consultivas. Realizando fechamento de contratos e análise crítica de casos para escritório de advocacia.
Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified leads into clients through consultative meetings
- Conduct client intake with case assessment
- Close contracts
- Maintain and nurture the existing lead base
- Provide feedback and follow-up
- Participate in team meetings
- Monitor client progress until documentation delivery
- Perform critical case analysis
Requirements:
- Law degree with active OAB registration
- Completed postgraduate specialization in Labor Law
- Experience as a labor attorney
- Ability to identify key legal issues related to Labor Law
- Experience practicing in social security law (previdenciário)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong grammar)
- Experience working with commission-based compensation and targets
- Proficiency in using Google Drive
