Job Description
Counsel providing strategic legal advice and managing litigation for a company. Requires Delaware bar admission and extensive legal experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice to executive team
- Manage and represent company in litigation
- Draft and file legal pleadings
- Conduct legal research on Delaware laws
- Communicate with opposing counsel and maintain case files
Requirements:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to state bar in Delaware
- 10+ years of legal experience, especially in corporate law and litigation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
