Job Description
Advogado(a) Consumidor elaborando peças e gerenciando demandas de contencioso cível. Atuando no escritório empresarial LBCA, que desenvolve soluções jurídicas e tecnologia própria.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, defenses, appeals, and initial complaints ranging from low to high complexity
- Update case management and procedural tracking systems
- Identify and apply different strategies for managing and effectively progressing matters within the assigned portfolio
- Handle civil litigation and high-volume caseloads
- Prior experience working as an attorney at a law firm
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Excellent knowledge of civil procedure and civil law
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- English proficiency is a plus
- Specialization in civil procedure or other areas of law is a plus
- Proactive approach
- Strong internal and external communication skills, including client communication
- Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and ability to optimize time and workflows
- Resilience and willingness to handle challenging situations
