Job Description

Legal Talent Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment for a national family law firm. Sourcing top-tier talent and ensuring a professional candidate experience while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and corporate talent.
  • Ensuring a professional candidate experience while sourcing top-tier talent.
  • Working closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition department.
  • Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including publishing job postings.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for job seekers.
  • Developing professional relationships with candidates.
  • Recruiting and sourcing talent in alignment with strategies outlined by leadership.
  • Conducting Zoom interviews and identifying candidates for further consideration.
  • Collaborating on compensation, benefits, and offer packages.

Requirements:

  • Reliable remote work setup, including a high-speed internet connection and a functional workstation.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of legal recruiting experience is required.
  • This is not an HR Generalist or Technical Recruiter role - Direct Legal sourcing and recruitment experience for a law firm or legal recruiting agency is required for consideration.
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems, including familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Zoom.
  • College degree preferred.
