Job Description
Bilingual Licensed Home Inspector performing inspections in Houston market. Includes client communication and tracking of inspection activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform home and commercial inspections for several hours a day
- Contact clients by telephone, email or in-person at inspections
- Track inspection activities and update files/database as appropriate
- Must be available to work six days a week
- Flexible schedule with requested shifts and days off
Requirements:
- Licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as a Home Inspector (required to apply)
- Minimum of two years construction or related field experience preferred
- Must have Valid Drivers License
- Comprehensive knowledge of home inspection procedures
- Basic skill in computers, apps and office equipment
