Job Description
Independent life insurance agent helping Houston families protect their finances through remote client consultations. Building a personal book of business using inbound leads, follow-up, and team-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with interested clients through the proprietary lead system
- Present life insurance and protection solutions tailored to each family’s situation
- Follow the step-by-step system for consistent daily activity and follow-up
- Build and manage a pipeline of active clients and referrals
- Build an independent book of business
- Grow at the agent’s own pace, part-time or full-time
- Serve clients across Houston and the surrounding Harris County area remotely
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in sales, real estate, finance, customer service, or another client-facing role
- Insurance experience is not required
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
- Ready to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed
- Willing to perform consistent daily activity and follow-up
- Located in or serving the Houston area
- Opportunity is available part-time or full-time
- Independent contractor (1099) status
- Commission-only compensation; no guaranteed income or employment relationship
