Job Description
Independent life insurance agent helping Houston families secure protection through GIA Legacy Planning. Building client pipelines, writing policies, and growing a book of business remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with interested clients through the proprietary lead system
- Present life insurance and protection solutions tailored to each family’s situation
- Follow the step-by-step system for consistent daily activity and follow-up
- Build and manage a pipeline of active clients and referrals
- Build an independent book of business
- Grow at an individualized pace, part-time or full-time
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, real estate, finance, customer service, or another client-facing role
- Insurance experience is not required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
- Must be ready to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed
- Willingness to maintain consistent daily activity and follow-up
- Opportunity is intended for people in the Houston area
- Must accept independent contractor, 1099, commission-only terms
- No guaranteed paycheck or guaranteed income
