Job Description
Independent life insurance agent helping families protect assets through remote client consultations. Building a personal book of business using inbound leads, follow-up, and agency systems.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with interested clients through the proprietary lead system
- Present life insurance and protection solutions tailored to each family's situation
- Follow the step-by-step system for consistent daily activity and follow-up
- Build and manage a pipeline of active clients and referrals
- Build an independent book of business
- Grow at an individualized pace, part-time or full-time
- Serve clients across Houston and the surrounding Harris County area remotely
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, real estate, finance, customer service, or another client-facing role
- Insurance experience is not required
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
- Willingness to get licensed if not already licensed
- Consistent daily activity and follow-up
- Ability to work as an independent contractor
- Must accept commission-only compensation with no guaranteed income
- Must be located in the Houston area according to the eligibility description
