Job Description
Licensed Medicare Agents selling healthcare coverage for Chicago One Financial. Working warm leads remotely and guiding consumers through Medicare enrollment options.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with consumers who have already expressed interest
- Work warm leads from home
- Help clients understand their Medicare coverage options
- Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs
- Complete applications accurately and compliantly
- Follow up with prospects and build lasting client relationships
- Meet personal production and activity goals
Requirements:
- An active health insurance license
- At least two years of Medicare AEP sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Medicare products and enrollment requirements
- Confidence working warm leads by phone
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- A professional, self-motivated approach to remote work
- Current carrier certifications and required compliance training
