Job Description
Remote Life and Health Insurance Agent helping individuals and families secure tailored insurance coverage. Generating leads, advising clients, and closing policies through flexible, commission-based work.
Responsibilities:
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources
- Educate clients on available policies and coverage options
- Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings
- Manage personal schedule, time, and results independently
- Help individuals and families protect what matters most
Requirements:
- Insurance license or willingness to obtain one; guidance is provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills for CRM and client management
- Laptop, desktop, or iPad and other technical devices to conduct business
- Ability to create a flexible work schedule
