Job Description
(Senior) Manager Insurance für Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und strategische Kundenberatung bei 3A. Leitung von Versicherungsprojekten und Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, optimize, and implement business processes with a focus on digitalization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and agile organizational structures
- Independently lead customer projects from planning through implementation
- Ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budgets
- Identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Actively contribute to the development of the consulting portfolio and business development
- Support the development of forward-looking strategic concepts for clients
- Build and sustainably maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, as well as a professional network
- Help shape change in the insurance industry through process optimization, digitalization, and strategic consulting
- Participate in internal decision-making processes
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance / Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program with a focus on insurance
- 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance sector, ideally at a management consultancy or insurance company
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization
- Experience with insurance processes and an understanding of the efficient design and sustainable implementation of complex workflows
- Independent working style, initiative, and the ability to organize projects autonomously
- Empathy and the ability to provide collaborative, partnership-based client consulting
- Creativity and a solution-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel to client sites
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations
