Job Description

Management Analyst III conducting research and providing analytical solutions to the U.S. Government. Supporting Command and Control systems and management within multiple facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collects, reviews, and analyzes information to make recommendations to the Government
  • Interviews managers and employees while observing their operations and develops solutions to problems
  • Prepares recommendations and understands the nature of the organization
  • Provides Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I)/Information Technology (IT) electronic systems equipment
  • Assists with developing data collection procedures and recommend analysis methodologies
  • Analyzes information for consistency, accuracy, and completeness
  • Communicates key information resulting from special studies, projects, and other department initiatives through correspondence and/or reports
  • Collaborates with others for the timely achievement of designated goals and accomplishments

Requirements:

  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance which requires US Citizenship
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of general business and management principles
  • Advanced analytical and qualitative research skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Ability to gather business and user requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Skilled proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make effective recommendations in document management processes
  • Solid organizational skills relevant to carrying out day-to-day responsibilities
  • Detail-oriented with ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to use discretion concerning highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and to adjust plans to meet changing needs
