Job Description
Skandinavische Unternehmensberatung sucht Management Consultant im Bereich Strategie und M&A. Fokussierung auf Strategieprozesse und Zusammenarbeit mit C-Level Executives in verschiedenen Sektoren.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and overseeing strategy processes at corporate, business unit, and functional levels
- Focused strategic problem-solving and M&A-related work such as due diligence and post‑merger integration
- Analyzing complex challenges and performing qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Designing, visualizing, and testing innovative strategic solutions
- Leading and facilitating change processes and workshops
- Collaborating with C-level executives in scale-ups and global organizations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–4 years of full-time experience in strategy or M&A
- Background in strategy consulting
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Ability to challenge conventional thinking
- Enjoy working with qualitative and quantitative data
- Openness to a steep learning curve
- Solid project management and communication skills (depending on experience)
- At least one relevant Master’s degree (Public Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering)
- Fluent in German (C1) and English, both written and spoken
