Job Description
Manufacturing Partner Success Manager resolving production issues and partner requests. Supporting Xometry’s digital manufacturing marketplace through queue management, cross-functional operations, and quality coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary tactical driver for manufacturing partner success
- Resolve production blockers involving cost or lead-time discrepancies, freight inquiries, and label generation issues
- Manage end-to-end resolution of job cancellation requests and missing inspection documents
- Oversee PSS dispute resolutions
- Monitor communication queues, prioritize tasks, and prevent production stalls
- Recover troubled orders and execute pull-in requests for month-end and quarter-end goals
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality CoE teams to optimize manufacturing outcomes
- Build trust-based partner relationships and provide transparent project-status and quality updates
- Identify process automation opportunities and maintain documentation for revenue recognition
- Provide peer coverage for continuous support
- Escalate complex risks to leadership while adhering to Xometry's quality management systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations
- Proven track record of managing and meeting schedule commitments for an identified customer group
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to independently drive project completion
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Understanding of the communication platform's interface
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in ERP tools and communication software
- Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with Xometry's digital marketplace or similar platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Sheets, is a plus
- Manufacturing environment experience is a plus
- English proficiency at C1+ level
- Ability to work according to USA holidays and Eastern Time (USA)
