Job Description
MAP Compliance & E-Commerce Sales Support Coordinator ensuring pricing integrity across retail platforms. Supporting E-Commerce team with critical administrative and commercial execution tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Own Antelope’s sales brand protection program execution (minimum advertised price) and become the SME on overall program processes and documents
- Run weekly MAP compliance reports and communicate market violations to sales team
- Manage and maintain Antelope’s authorized and unauthorized reseller database
- Conduct research on potential distribution leakage and work with sales teams or distributors to mitigate
- Collaborate with Antelope’s legal counsel to escalate and manage unauthorized sellers in marketplaces
- Run weekly, monthly, and ad hoc scorecard reports and provide frequent updates to senior leaders on overall program compliance
- Support the E-commerce team on day-to-day commercial execution needs, including but not limited to: catalog attributes, item submission & maintenance, catalog integrity, merchandising audits, retailer ticketing support, etc
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or sales administration, with CPG experience required
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams with data organization, data administration, and reporting tasks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formatting, tables)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for building clear, professional presentations
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Collaborative working style, able to partner effectively across sales, legal, and cross-functional teams
- Comfort working with large data sets and distilling insights for stakeholders
