Job Description
Match Administrator running live CS2 esports tournaments for GRID, which provides esports data and technology to publishers, organizers, and commercial partners. Coordinating matches, stakeholders, scheduling, and event operations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer GRID-owned and operated tournaments day to day
- Act as the team-facing representative of CCT, specifically PS / Production-Services-owned CCT Events
- Administer live games for GRID-owned and operated tournaments
- Set up, monitor, document and execute matches to a high standard
- Coordinate communication among professional teams, broadcast talent, tournament stakeholders and internal production teams
- Support timely resolution of technical and competitive issues during live competition
- Contribute to scheduling, documentation and event coordination
- Help maintain a consistent tournament experience for all participants
- Support the growth of GRID’s tournament operations as event workload expands
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a live operations environment
- Clear and professional written communication
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers and operational documentation
- Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented under time pressure
- Good stakeholder coordination skills across teams, admins and external partners
- Basic understanding of esports tournament structures and live event operations
- Willingness to work flexibly around tournament schedules, including evenings or weekends where required
- Understanding tournament tools, game servers, and match administration setups
- Knowledge about the esports scene, with a focus on CS
- Experience running tournaments/matches in esports titles, preferably CS
- Technical knowledge of CS2 servers, eBot, TS3, FACEIT and related tools from an organizer perspective
- Experience delivering GRID, HLTV or other data from CS2 matches
- Basic knowledge of production in esports
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during major esports events
- Ability to work on a B2B contract
- Availability to work full-time
