Job Description
Business Solution Analyst supporting Salesforce State Benefits systems and Nintex DocGen. Translating stakeholder needs into requirements and resolving application issues remotely across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Support a large and complex technical solution within a Salesforce development environment
- Serve as a key liaison between business/client stakeholders and technical teams
- Translate business needs into clearly defined requirements
- Support the analysis, validation, documentation, and resolution of application-related issues
- Gather, document, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements
- Validate requirements and proposed solutions
- Perform data analysis
- Identify, analyze, and address Salesforce application problems and issues
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to develop and maintain process and application documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
- At least five (5) years of full-time equivalent experience working as a Business Solution Analyst, utilizing analytical methodologies and practices in support of IT projects
- At least three (3) years of experience providing Business Analyst support for a large, complex technical solution
- At least one (1) year of experience supporting a State Benefits system utilizing a Salesforce development environment and Nintex DocGen
- Experience serving as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong communication skills to gather, document, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements and proposed solutions
- Experience performing data analysis
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and addressing application problems and issues related to Salesforce applications
- Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce process and application documentation, including use cases, detailed solution/design documentation, workflow diagrams, reference guides, and user manuals
- At least one currently active Salesforce certification
