Job Description
Measure Technician providing professional customer service and in-home measurements for Home Depot. Supporting sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments
- Provide quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds Company standards
- Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to complete all work activities as assigned
- Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedule
- Ask customers open ended questions and listen to responses
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Reliable Transportation
- 1+ years of previous related work experience
