Job Description
Medical Representative promoting AbbVie medicines to healthcare professionals in Seoul. Driving territory sales, managing hospital accounts, and providing pharmaceutical product expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals within an assigned territory
- Achieve and maintain consistent sales targets by promoting and selling products
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement strategic territory sales plans
- Apply product knowledge and selling skills to meet healthcare professionals' needs and achieve territory sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Represent the company at medical conferences, health talks, and exhibitions
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and provide market intelligence to Sales and Marketing teams
- Maintain technical and product knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networking
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Support colleagues and contribute to shared objectives
- Ensure territory activities adhere to ethical standards and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field is preferred
- 2+ years of professional sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of success in general hospital settings
- Strong planning, organizational, and presentation skills
- Positive, customer-centric attitude
- Genuine passion for the medical field and collaborative work
- Proactive and results-oriented approach
- Strong sense of urgency
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and seeking innovative solutions
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of results
