Job Description
MEP Project Manager overseeing installation and commissioning of building systems for Versys. Act as a link between contractors and subcontractors while ensuring code compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee coordination, installation, and commissioning of complex building systems.
- Manage integration of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
- Hire and oversee specialty trade partners.
- Analyze shop drawings, contract documents, and 3D modeling for constructability.
- Conduct site inspections, enforce quality control, and manage testing phases.
- Manage costs, procurement, and identify schedule risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/ Project Management Certification (PMP)
- 10 years of professional project management experience in the oil field
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction, mission-critical facilities or heavy MEP contracting.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
