Job Description
Translation Project Manager managing multilingual healthcare research projects for M3, a global provider of healthcare technology and data-collection services. Coordinating schedules, quality, documentation, quotes, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage several language-related projects simultaneously
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, meet quality expectations, and remain within scope
- Communicate project scope and expectations to teams and keep clients informed of project progress and status
- Plan, execute, and monitor language-related projects using project management tools
- Maintain and create project schedules and timelines aligned with SLAs and client requirements
- Monitor project progress, challenges, and successes
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and communications, using software such as SharePoint
- Prepare quotes and invoices using project management and accounting software
- Ensure adherence to company project management standards and procedures
- Identify errors and areas for improvement and report them to relevant stakeholders
- Support meetings, document them when required, and distribute minutes and actions to the team
- Work closely with the project management team and language professionals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or language studies
- 2 or more years of experience in managing localisation projects
- Essential fluency in English
- An additional language would be advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet clients' needs and business objectives
- Must submit CV in English
