Job Description
Merchandising Manager Retail at Maniko Nails enhancing brand presence at points of sale. Collaborating with various teams to ensure effective execution of merchandising strategies.
Responsibilities:
- You ensure that Maniko is not only present in brick-and-mortar retail but is implemented as an engaging, high-performing experience — from initial planning to the perfect in-store display at the POS.
- You are responsible for implementing and continuously maintaining our brand areas at the POS, with a focus on counter displays and shelf toppers.
- You manage end-to-end large-scale rollouts as well as seasonal POS updates and ensure smooth execution across all markets.
- You coordinate restocking for product launches, assortment changes and seasonal rotations, ensuring clean implementation according to the concept.
- You continuously develop our POS presence and optimize existing solutions with a focus on cost efficiency, category performance and brand impact.
- You plan, manage and lead merchandising agencies and external service providers during rollouts, refits and in day-to-day operations.
- You work closely with Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure clear coordination and clean handovers.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in POS and/or counter management, ideally in the drugstore/retail sector, and technical understanding of store fixtures, display systems and POS materials.
- Highly organized; work accurately, in a structured and proactive manner.
- A team player, reliable and confident in communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent German and good English skills.
- Willingness to travel.
